Tim Hortons opens new online coffee store for US customers
Tim Hortons, a Canadian restaurant chain known for its coffee and doughnuts, has opened a new coffee online store for US customers http://shopus.timhortons.com.
Through this online store ,Tim Hortons ground coffee, boxed tea, various travel mugs and insulated coffee carriers can be ordered.
Prices match those found at most Tim Hortons restaurants and grocery stores excluding shipping and handling).
Tim Hortons US marketing vice president David McMullen said the company gets phone calls and e-mails every day from people who crave Tim Hortons coffee, but don't live near a restaurant.
"Our new online store helps bring our coffee right to their door. The site is simple, fast and friendly, just like our restaurants. And it has great gift ideas for the Tim Hortons lover who's moved away," McMullen said.
The online store features more than 25 different products and sizes are available, from single cans and bags to cases of coffee. Delivery is available to all US states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Tim Hortons has nearly 3,700 locations in Canada and the US. The company has more than 550 locations in the US.
Tim Hortons menu includes premium coffee, flavored cappuccinos, specialty teas, home-style soups, fresh sandwiches, wraps, hot breakfast sandwiches and fresh baked goods, including its trademark doughnuts.
